Like most small food companies, we typically do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the case of damaged, defective or spoiled items. However, we are committed to ensuring the best possible experience with us. If you aren't completely happy with your order, email tingle@50hertzfoods.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Where returns are possible, refunds will be issued for unopened product(s) only, not including shipping.
