Tingly Sichuan Peanuts are delicious and addictive to eat. A new favorite snack. So goooood!
Have used the red oil a lot for cooking and it provides a snappy zing that enhances many foods. I’ve also used the green one to make a delicious drink with Thai basil, lime, ginger and seltzer (based off a recipe that’s posted on the 50Hertz website)—highly recommend folks try that!!
The fresh zinginess of the green sichuan pepper and deep, bitter aromatics of dark chocolate go really well together. This was the perfect Valentine’s Day treat!
