An easy way to grind your Sichuan pepper! Our easy 2-compartment grinder can now hold both RED and GREEN dried Sichuan pepper berries.
This grinder has been specially sourced so that it is strong enough to grind Sichuan peppers effectively. Simply twist the top off and fill it with the desired amount of peppers and start grinding away.
PLEASE NOTE: The grinder is EMPTY. It does not contain any peppers.
Love the grinder!! Previously had used mortar and pestle to grind pepper, so much effort meant I rarely used them. This grinder looks great (I love that it holds both varieties) and makes it so much easier to put Sichuan pepper on anything!
It's actually 2 grinders and had no instructions so was a bit challenging to figure out but I got it. It works really good but I wonder why is has 2 compartments when you only have one kind of pepper to grind.

They were out of stock for a while, so I tried searching all the Asian supermarkets for a similar alternative. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any that were comparable. This is the best and highly addictive . I have to control myself not to finish the entire can in one sitting. Not sure if the new stock has changed the recipe or not but it tastes even more flavorful.
i have bought red Sichuan peppers from several other vendors, and always returned them as they were nothing like the peppers my brother-in-law brought back from a trip to China. These are BETTER than what he gave me. I love these!!
