I love this salt! I originally got this for my husband who loves the Sichuan Peppercorn tingle. He was grinding whole peppercorns on his food, so I decided to kick it up a notch for his Christmas present as he also loves salt. I really enjoy how it tastes. I am NOT a spicy food loving person; my eyes water with the idea of anything spicier than sriracha. So I thought that this was going to be only a gift for him, but I end up eating it quite frequently. It's not too salty, not too spicy. If you're on the fence, give it a try! It won't burn your tastebuds off, but it will blow your mind.
You can tell these are legit Sichuan peppercorns even though you can’t see it cause it’s not red. Very tasty!
We received the Tingly Gift Box and it exceeded our expectations. It is really fun to experience the tingle of the Sechuan pepper in such imaginative ways.
