In the best way! These cashews are my new favorite snack--just a little sweet, salty, and tingly! It's quickly made its way into my afternoon snack rotation. I've given a few bags to family and friends and they all love it too! Highly recommend trying!

I have been enjoying Fuscia Dunlop's journey into the rich stories of Chinese food which I nibble on my tingly cashews and peanuts, perfect companions. I am far from adept in the kitchen. This book is as interesting for a non chef and one who knows the kitchen well.
I’ve gotten to try almost all their products and each of them are distinctly different and so tasty! From the chocolate items to the nuts-it would be very challenging to choose a favorite!
