Tingly Air Fryer Pork Chops
Juicy, crispy-edged pork chops coated in citrusy Sichuan pepper seasoning and finished with an extra dusting of tingle.
The orange juice helps tenderize the meat while bringing out the bright floral notes in our Tingly Blend seasoning. Air frying gives the chops a beautifully caramelized crust while keeping the inside juicy and flavorful.
Perfect for an easy weeknight dinner with roasted vegetables, potatoes, or rice.
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- Juice of 1/2 orange
- 3 tbsp Tingly Blend seasoning
Optional for serving:
- Extra Tingly Blend for finishing
- Fresh parsley or cilantro
- Roasted potatoes or vegetables
Instructions
1. Marinate the pork chops
In a large bowl, combine pork chops, orange juice, and Tingly Blend seasoning.
Massage seasoning evenly into the meat and let marinate for at least 15 minutes. For deeper flavor, refrigerate overnight.
2. Air fry
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Arrange pork chops in a single layer and air fry for approximately 20 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
Cook until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
3. Rest and finish
Let pork chops rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Finish with another light dusting of Tingly Blend for an extra citrusy tingle.
Tips
- Bone-in pork chops tend to stay juicier in the air fryer.
- Want more caramelization? Add a small drizzle of oil before cooking.
- The Tingly Blend pairs especially well with roasted potatoes, broccoli, or grilled corn.
