We created this program for creators, educators, chefs, food lovers, and community members who genuinely connect with what we’re building and want to share it thoughtfully with others.

Our goal is long-term, trust-based partnerships that introduce new audiences to 50Hertz through authentic content, creativity, and curiosity — not aggressive or misleading marketing tactics.

By participating in the program, affiliates agree to the following guidelines.

Brand Alignment

Affiliates should represent 50Hertz accurately, respectfully, and in good faith.

We encourage:

  • Original content and storytelling

  • Honest reviews and education

  • Recipe content and food pairings

  • Creative social media content

  • Thoughtful community engagement

  • Long-term audience trust over short-term tactics

Affiliates may promote 50Hertz through blogs, newsletters, social media, video platforms, and creator channels, including paid promotion of their own original content where appropriate.

Paid Advertising & Search Policies

To maintain a healthy brand ecosystem and avoid confusion for customers, affiliates may not run paid search advertisements targeting 50Hertz branded terms or direct users to the official website through branded search ads without prior written approval.

This includes:

  • “50Hertz”

  • “50Hertz Foods”

  • “50 Hertz Tingly Foods”

  • Brand misspellings or close variations

  • Product names

  • Official website URLs

Affiliates may not impersonate official brand advertising or represent themselves as the company itself.

Accurate Representation

Affiliates should avoid:

  • Misleading claims

  • Fake urgency or fabricated discounts

  • Unauthorized coupon promotion

  • False medical or health claims

  • Misrepresentation of ingredients, sourcing, or product performance

Any statements about the products should reflect honest personal experience or accurate publicly available information.

Respectful Promotion Practices

We ask affiliates to prioritize quality over volume.

The following practices are not permitted:

  • Spam messaging or mass unsolicited outreach

  • Artificial traffic generation

  • Fake engagement or bot activity

  • Cookie stuffing or deceptive tracking methods

  • Misleading redirects or impersonation

  • Trademark abuse or domain impersonation

Content & Brand Usage

Affiliates may use approved brand assets and product imagery for promotional purposes related to the program.

However, affiliates may not:

  • Create accounts pretending to officially represent 50Hertz

  • Register domains or handles designed to imitate the brand

  • Modify brand materials in misleading ways

Commissions

Commissions are intended to reward genuine customer referrals and new audience discovery.

50Hertz reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions generated through prohibited, deceptive, fraudulent, or brand-damaging practices.

Refunded, canceled, or fraudulent orders are not eligible for commission payouts.

Partnership Philosophy

We care deeply about the long-term integrity of the 50Hertz brand and community.

This program is designed for affiliates who genuinely enjoy the products and want to help grow awareness in a thoughtful and sustainable way.

We reserve the right to decline or remove affiliates whose promotional methods do not align with the spirit of the program.
